- To make the dip, press the raspberries through a nylon sieve to remove the pips.
- Stir the raspberry puree and orange juice into the yogurt and spoon into a small dish.
- Arrange the fruits on a plate with the dip.
INGREDIENTS
- 25 grams raspberries
- ½ teaspoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon natural or Greek-style yogurt
Choose from fruits such as
- ½ Small bananas cut into chunks
- ½ dessert apple, peeled and cut into long slices
- ½ pear, peeled and cut into long slices
- 2 seedless grapes, halved
- 15 grams mango, cut into long thin slices
- ½ peach or nectarine, cut into slices
- ½ kiwi fruit, cut into sticks
