Preparation Method :
- For the filling:
- In a bowl,add cream and chocolate and mix well with a wooden spoon and keep aside.
- For the tart base:
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Mix the butter, sugar and eggs in a bowl. Keep an 8" tart mould ready.
- Add flour and start kneading with your finger tips till it forms a smooth dough-like consistency. Refrigerate for ten minutes.
- Roll the tart dough on a rolling pin and press it to fit the shape of the tart mould.
- Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
- Leave it on a cooling rack for 15-20 minutes.
- When the tart base has completely cooled, add the cream-and-chocolate mix to it.
- Garnish with the sliced fruits and serve.

- 200 grams Butter
- 100 grams Icing sugar
- 1 Egg
- 300 grams Flour
For the filling
- 150 grams Whipped cream
- 20 grams White chocolate
For the garnish
- 1 Kiwi, sliced
- 1 Fig, sliced kiwi
- 1 Strawberry, sliced
- 2 pieces of apple, sliced
- 2 pieces of mango, sliced
