FROZEN YOGHURT SALAD WITH FRUITS

Cooking Time :
1 hour

Preparation Method :

  • Whisk the curd lightly and add the salt, sugar and fruits. Mix lightly.
  • Now melt the gelatin separately in a double boiler and add to the curd mix.
  • Now leave this mixture to set in the fridge.
  • Serve chilled.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams fresh yoghurt
  • 20 grams Gelatin
  • 100 grams mango, peeled and cubed
  • 100 grams orange, peeled, deseeded , segmented
  • 100 grams apple, cubed
  • 100 grams pineapple, skinned, boiled and cubed
  • 100 grams cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 50 grams tomato, cubed
  • 50 grams grapes
  • 50 grams pomegranate seeds
  • 50 grams Cheese cubes, cut into tiny pieces
  • 2 tablespoon castor sugar
  • 1 green chilly, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
