FROZEN YOGHURT SALAD WITH FRUITS

Preparation Method :
- Whisk the curd lightly and add the salt, sugar and fruits. Mix lightly.
- Now melt the gelatin separately in a double boiler and add to the curd mix.
- Now leave this mixture to set in the fridge.
- Serve chilled.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams fresh yoghurt
- 20 grams Gelatin
- 100 grams mango, peeled and cubed
- 100 grams orange, peeled, deseeded , segmented
- 100 grams apple, cubed
- 100 grams pineapple, skinned, boiled and cubed
- 100 grams cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 50 grams tomato, cubed
- 50 grams grapes
- 50 grams pomegranate seeds
- 50 grams Cheese cubes, cut into tiny pieces
- 2 tablespoon castor sugar
- 1 green chilly, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
