Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6 / electric oven 200°C.
- Cut 4 large squares of foil. Divide the fruit between the foil in a single layer.
- Drizzle over the honey, fruit juice and liqueur. Crunch the foil to seal completely, place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
- Transfer to serving plates with some thick cream or vanilla ice cream.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 75 ml rum
- 1 kg prepared fruit, sliced, peeled (strawberries, pineapple, peaches and grapes)
- Clear honey, to taste
