TIPSY MELON CUPS

- Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds. Scoop out the flesh with a melon bailer or teaspoon and place in a bowl, reserve shells.
- Add the orange liqueur to the melon and mix well. Leave to soak in the refrigerator.
- Just before serving, spoon the melon mixture back into the melon halves and decorate with cream and cherries.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium Ogen melons
- 4 tablespoons orange liqueur
- 250 ml double cream, Whipped
- 8 maraschino cherries
