MELON DELIGHT

Preparation Method :

• Place the melon in a food processor and process until smooth.
• Add the sugar to the melon and process for 10 seconds.
• Pour in 3 cups of water and the rosewater and process until well combined.
• Strain the liquid through a nylon sieve into a plastic freezer container and freeze for about an hour.
• Remove the melon mixture from the freezer and beat well. Return to the freezer.
• Repeat this process twice till the mixture look like shattered glass.
