LEMON FLUMMERY
Lemon Fluffery can be served for eight people while its preparation time could last for about fifteen minutes! It contains fructose, white flour, margarine, water and egg as its ingredients! Simply be dedicated once you prepare for it so that you can taste its exact taste!

Preparation Method :
- Place the water, margarine and lemon rind in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring to melt the fat.
- Mix the flour and fructose in a bowl. Gradually stir in the hot liquid.
- Add a little of this mixture to the egg yolk and mix well, then stir into the remaining mixture.
- Return to the saucepan and cook gently tor 5 minutes, stirring.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the lemon juice. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the mixture.
- Serve hot or cold with fruit.

- 500 ml water
- 50 grams margarine
- Grated rind and juice of 2 lemon
- 50 grams plain unbleached white flour
- 50 grams fructose
- 2 egg, separated
