STRAWBERRY PEACHES

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Halve the peach, remove the stone (pit) and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  • Puree the strawberries and mix with the kirsch, sugar and orange juice. Divide the strawberry mixture between two glass dishes.
  • Top each with a peach half, cut side up, and fill with whipped cream.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large ripe peach, peeled 
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice 
  • 200 gram ripe strawberries, hulled 
  • 2 tablespoon kirsch 
  • 2 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 6 tablespoons orange juice
  • Whipped cream, to serve
