STRAWBERRY FLUFF

- Hull the strawberries and cut into slices. Mix the strawberries with the Grand Marnier or Cointreau, sugar and orange rind. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
 - Just before serving, fold the egg white into the cream, then add the strawberries and combine lightly. Spoon into tall chilled glasses.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 200 gram strawberries
 - 4 tablespoons Grand Marnier or Cointreau
 - 4 tablespoons icing sugar
 - 2 teaspoon grated orange rind
 - 2 egg white, stiffly beaten
 - 250 ml double or whipping cream, whipped
