STRAWBERRY CREME CARAMEL
Strawberry Crème Caramel can serve eight people in one seat, only then they would realize its tempting appeal, freshness and taste because of its ingredients like Demerara sugar, eggs, skimmed mild and halved strawberries! Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven to moderate.
- Warm the milk in a saucepan over a low heat. Mix the beaten eggs with the warmed milk and pour into a souffle dish.
- Add the strawberries, cover the dish with foil and place in a small roasting tin, half filled with water.
- Bake in the oven for 1½ hours or until set. Allow to cool completely.
- Sprinkle the surface with Demerara sugar and place under a hot grill until the sugar has caramelized.
- Serve immediately.

- 1 liter skimmed milk
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 500 grams strawberries, hulled and halved
- 100 grams Demerara sugar for topping
