Preparation Method :
- Put the strawberries into a serving bowl and serve with the sauce.
 - The Sauce: Put the sugar and golden syrup into a heavy- based saucepan and cook over a low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved.
 - Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cream and vanilla essence.
 - Beat for about 2-3 minutes or until the sauce is smooth and glossy.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
 
Butterscotch Sauce
- 100 ml double cream
 - 150 grams soft light brown sugar
 - 150 ml golden syrup
 - Few drops vanilla essence
