RHUBARB AND RASPBERRY LAYER
Rhubarb and Raspberry Layer is simply the best and health dish ever! As it’s basically filled with a lot of ingredients, no wonder you can’t get through it! Just add rhubarb, soft cheese, brown sugar, almonds and raspberries to finally taste it on!

Preparation Method :
- Wash and chop the rhubarb and place in a pan with the raspberries and sugar.
- Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until soft.
- Blend the cheese with the yogurt. In 4 individual glass dishes layer the fruit and yogurt mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator and decorate the pudding with raspberries or with toasted almonds before serving.

- 750 grams fresh rhubarb
- 500 grams fresh or frozen raspberries
- 100 grams light soft brown sugar
- 500 grams low-fat soft cheese
- 300 ml plain or raspberry low-fat yogurt
- Fresh raspberries or toasted almonds, to decorate
