RED CURRANT SNOW WITH MINT

Red Currant Snow with Mint is truly a tempting, healthy dish that can fulfill your food cravings! Preparation Method :

  • Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Beat the yogurt until it is smooth.
  • Mix the egg whites with the yogurt, folding them together lightly with a metal spoon.
  • Stir in the fructose and fold in the red currants. Stir in the chopped mint and serve soon after making.

  • 4 egg whites 
  • 500 ml plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon fructose
  • 750 grams red currants, stalks removed
  • 4 tablespoons chopped mint
