RASPBERRY AND HAZELNUT CRUNCH

Raspberry and Hazelnut Crunch is such a tempting and good-looking dish as it’s sprinkled with its unbearable ingredients- margarine, Muscovado sugar, hazelnuts, raspberries and breadcrumbs! So what are you still waiting for, enjoy this one-healthy dish of a kind to serve your appetite!

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Melt the margarine in a frying pan, add the bread-crumbs and cook until golden. Cool, and then stir in the sugar and hazelnuts.
  • Set aside 4 raspberries for decoration. Divide half the remainder between individual glass dishes and cover with half the crumbs; repeat the layers.
  • Top with the reserved raspberries and serve chilled, with plain low-fat yogurt.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams margarine 
  • 200 grams whole meal breadcrumbs
  • 150 grams Muscovado sugar 
  • 100 grams hazelnuts, chopped and roasted
  • 750 grams raspberries
