RASPBERRY AND HAZELNUT CRUNCH
                            Raspberry and Hazelnut Crunch is such a tempting and good-looking dish as it’s sprinkled with its unbearable ingredients- margarine, Muscovado sugar, hazelnuts, raspberries and breadcrumbs! Preparation Method :
- Melt the margarine in a frying pan, add the bread-crumbs and cook until golden. Cool, and then stir in the sugar and hazelnuts.
 - Set aside 4 raspberries for decoration. Divide half the remainder between individual glass dishes and cover with half the crumbs; repeat the layers.
 - Top with the reserved raspberries and serve chilled, with plain low-fat yogurt.

- 150 grams margarine
 - 200 grams whole meal breadcrumbs
 - 150 grams Muscovado sugar
 - 100 grams hazelnuts, chopped and roasted
 - 750 grams raspberries
