RASPBERRIES AND REDCURRANTS IN BLACKBERRY SAUCE

Preparation Method :
- Place the blackberries in a small saucepan with measured water. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 3-5 minutes.
 - Squash down the fruit to make a chunky sauce. Sweeten to taste and leave to cool.
 - Divide the raspberries and redcurrants equally between the serving bowls and top with the cooled blackberry sauce.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams redcurrants, stripped from the stalks
 - 150 grams Blackberries
 - 150 grams raspberries
 - 50 ml Water
 - Artificial sweetener, to taste
