RASPBERRIES AND REDCURRANTS IN BLACKBERRY SAUCE

10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place the blackberries in a small saucepan with measured water. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Squash down the fruit to make a chunky sauce. Sweeten to taste and leave to cool.
  • Divide the raspberries and redcurrants equally between the serving bowls and top with the cooled blackberry sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams redcurrants, stripped from the stalks
  • 150 grams Blackberries
  • 150 grams raspberries
  • 50 ml Water
  • Artificial sweetener, to taste
