HOT STRAWBERRY PARCELS

Preparation Method :
- Cut out the foil into 4 pieces, each approximately 10 inches square.
 - Divide the strawberries between the foil. Sprinkle over the mint, rosewater and caster sugar and seal the parcels.
 - Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5.
 - Place the strawberry parcels on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until the fruits are softened. Allow to cool and turn out of the foil.
 - Mix together the crème fraiche and vanilla essence in a serving bowl and serve with the hot strawberries.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 400 grams fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
 - 2 tablespoon caster sugar
 - 2 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
 - 2 teaspoon rosewater
 - 50 grams half-fat crème fraiche
 - Few drops of vanilla essence
