- Wash the fruit and place in a baking dish. Spoon over the honey.
- Put the yogurt in a bowl and beat in the egg yolks, flour and almonds.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff, and then fold into the yogurt mixture. Spoon over the fruit and sprinkle with the sugar.
- Bake in a preheated moderately hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the topping is risen and golden brown.

- 300 ml plain low-fat yogurt
- 4 eggs, separated
- 2 tablespoon plain flour
- 50 grams ground almonds
