BLACKBERRY AND CREAM CRUNCH

Preparation Method :
- Place the blackberries in a pan with the water and sugar. Heat gently until the fruit is tender. Cool, then rub the fruit through a sieve (strainer) or puree in a blender or food processor.
 - Whisk the cream until very stiff. Melt the butter in a pan, then stir in the biscuit (cracker) crumbs and mix well.
 - Place alternate layers of crumb mixture, blackberry and cream in tall sundae glasses, finishing with the cream.
 - Chill until ready to serve.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 500 gram fresh or frozen blackberries
 - 2 tablespoon water
 - 2 tablespoon sugar
 - 250 ml double or whipping cream
 - 50 gram butter
 - 200 gram digestive biscuits, crushed
