Preparation Method :
- Place the flan case on a large serving plate.
 - Mix the sugar, rum and water in a heavy-based saucepan. Place over a low heat and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
 - Boil vigorously, without stirring, for about 2 minutes. Pour the syrup into the flan case.
 - In a bowl, beat the cheese, honey with cinnamon and cream, then spread the mixture in the flan case.
 - Arrange the cherries over the cheese mixture. Glaze with the warmed cherry jam.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 550 grams black cherries, pitted
 - 250 grams low-fat soft cheese
 - 50 grams black cherry jam, warmed
 - 1 large ready-made sponge flan case
 - 1 tablespoon single cream
 - 100 grams sugar
 - 50 ml water
 - 2 tablespoons clear honey
 - 50 ml light rum
 - Pinch of ground cinnamon
