STUFFED CARAMELISED BANANAS

Preparation Method :
- To make the filling, mix the jaggery with water, then add the grated coconut and cardamom powder and keep aside.
- Partially slit open each banana in the centre and stuff them with the grated coconut mix.
- Heat the ghee in a frying pan and add the sugar. Heat the mixture until the sugar is caramelised.
- Fry the bananas in the sugar and ghee, for about 2 minutes on each side, turning them now and then so that they attain a light golden colour.
- Serve hot with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of honey.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Ripe yellow bananas
- 2 tablespoon Ghee
- 3 tablespoon Sugar
- Vanilla ice cream to serve
- Honey to serve

- 300 grams Jaggery, grated
- 2 Coconuts, grated
- ½ teaspoon Cardamom powder
