CHOCOLATE RUM BANANAS

Preparation Method :
- Take 4 squares of aluminium foil and brush them with butter. Cut the chocolate into very small pieces.
- Make sure to split lengthwise in the peel of each banana and open just wide enough to insert the chocolate.
- Place the chocolate pieces inside the bananas and close them up.
- Wrap each stuffed banana in a square of foil, then barbecue them over hot coals for about 5 minutes or until the chocolate has melted inside the bananas.
- Remove from the barbecue, place the bananas on individual serving plates and pour some rum into each banana.
- Serve with ice cream, topped with nutmeg.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams semisweet or milk chocolate
- 4 large bananas
- 2 tablespoon rum
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Ice cream and grated nutmeg, to serve
