MINTED APPLE SNOW
Minted Apple Snow can definitely be served for eight people! From the name of the dish, it’s minted because it consists of mint springs while its other ingredients include honey, orange, apples and egg whites! Give this dish a try so that you can taste for a delicate and tasty food ever!

Preparation Method :
- Put the apples in a pan, then add the orange rind and juice and the honey.
- Add the mint, reserving the top leaves for decoration. Cover and cook gently for about 15 minutes until the apples are cooked to a pulp, stirring occasionally.
- Discard the mint, and then beat the pulp vigorously with a wooden spoon until smooth.
- Alternatively, rub through a sieve or work to a puree in an electric blender. Leave to cool.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff, and then fold into the apple puree.
- Spoon into a serving bowl or individual dishes or glasses. Decorate with the reserved mint leaves.

- 2 kilogram cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- Finely grated rind and juice of 2 orange
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 8 large mint sprigs
- 4 large egg whites
