Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven. Put the fruit, cinnamon and sugar into a small saucepan with water.
- Heat gently and cook for a few minutes until the fruit begins to soften. Remove from the heat.
- Divide the fruit between two individual ovenproof dishes.
- Put the flour, baking powder, sugar and butter into a small bowl and rub in until the mixture resembles fresh breadcrumbs.
- Mix in the soured cream. Put the rolled oats on a saucer, then drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture on top and roll in the oats.
- Flatten the pieces slightly and arrange on top of the fruit.
- Put the dishes on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon caster sugar

- 100 grams plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 teaspoon caster sugar
- 50 grams unsalted butter
- 100 ml soured cream
- 2 tablespoon rolled oats
