FRUIT FONDUE

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Combine all the ingredients for the sauce and divide between 2 small bowls. Chill until ready to serve.
  • On a plate arrange a selection of fruits to choose from for dipping: pineapple chunks, apple slices, banana slices, melon cubes, grapes, cherries, strawberries or raspberries.

INGREDIENTS

  • A selection of fresh fruits, to serve 

Sauce

  • 250 ml soured cream 
  • 2 teaspoon desiccated coconut 
  • 2 tablespoon chopped walnuts 
  • 2 tablespoon sieved apricot jam 
  • 2 teaspoon finely chopped preserved ginger
