- Place the double cream, chocolate spread and Mars bar in a thick-bottomed saucepan and melt over a gentle heat stirring, until all the ingredients have blended.
- Arrange the fruit on a large platter and place the fondue in a bowl in the centre. Dip the fruit into the fondue.

- Selection of fruit pieces prepared and cut up as necessary, to serve
- 175 ml double cream
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate spread
- 50 grams Mars bar, cut into chunks
