NUT COATED AND THICK SAUCE

Preparation Method :

  • Sprinkle the lime juice to the egg white and beat well again.
  • Add the melted china grass to the stiffly beaten egg whites in one thread consistency.
  • Stir the egg white constantly. Then add the caramelized and granulated nuts to the mixture.
  • Stir constantly without allowing lumps to form pour this mixture to a wet dish and keep it in the fridge for about an hour and serve it with sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 egg's white, beaten until stiff
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice
  • 10 grams china grass, cut into small pieces and soaked for about an hour
  • 150 ml water
  • 100 grams caramelized and granulated nuts
