HOT BRANDY SAUCE

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the milk and sugar in a small pan and heat until nearly boiling.
  • Blend the corn flour (cornstarch) with a little water, and then stir into the pan.
  • Cook the sauce over a low heat, stirring, for 4 minutes, then add brandy and pour into sauce boat.
  • Serve the sauce hot, poured over ice cream or apple pie.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour
  • 4 tablespoons brandy
