HARD SAUCE

Preparation Method :

  • Beat the butter until creamy and add the sugar and liqueur, a little at a time, beating until fluffy.
  • Chill in the serving bowl.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gram unsalted butter
  • 100 gram caster or soft brown sugar 
  • 4 tablespoons brandy, rum, Grand Marnier or Cointreau, or 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
