APPLE, ALMOND AND PECAN CRUMBLE

Cooking Time :
40 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Rub in the butter with the flour to make a bread crumb like texture. Then mix in the brown sugar and the ground almonds. Set aside in a cool place.
  • Preheat the oven and roast the flaked almonds and pecan nuts for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the chopped apples into mini round casseroles with the sugar and bake for about 10 minutes until they are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and add the almonds and pecan nuts.
  • Sprinkle the apples with the crumble and cook for about 15 minutes. The crumble must be brown.Add fresh mint.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 apples
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 30 grams flaked almonds
  • 30 grams pecan nuts
  • Fresh mint
  • For the crumble:
  • 50 grams flour
  • 50 grams ground almonds
  • 50 grams butter, diced
  • 50 grams brown sugar
