CREPES WITH FRESH MUSHROOMS

Preparation Method :

  • Sauté the sliced mushrooms in butter. Add the salt, bouillon cube and the sherry; simmer for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Then stir in the sour cream and the chives; bring the mixture to a boil, stirring.
  • Spoon the mixture into the centers of the crepes and roll it, then serve with tomato sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 25 grams bouillon cube, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • 50 grams sour dairy cream
  • 1 tablespoon chives, minced
  • 8 crepes
