Preparation Method :
- Sauté the sliced mushrooms in butter. Add the salt, bouillon cube and the sherry; simmer for about 3-5 minutes.
- Then stir in the sour cream and the chives; bring the mixture to a boil, stirring.
- Spoon the mixture into the centers of the crepes and roll it, then serve with tomato sauce.

- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 25 grams bouillon cube, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon sherry
- 50 grams sour dairy cream
- 1 tablespoon chives, minced
