Preparation Method :
- Melt the unsalted butter in a microwave for a minute or two till just melted. Whisk in the sugar and cocoa powder. Keep aside.
- In another bowl whisk the eggs and the vanilla until just combined. Blend in the cocoa mixture.
- Fold in the flour and then the nuts, take care not over mix.
- Pour into a square cake tin lined with greased foil and bake at 180°C until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out almost clean. Don't over bake.
- Cool on a wire rack. Lift with the foil edges. Cut into squares and serve.

- Sugar to taste
