WALNUT CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

Preparation Method :

  • Melt the unsalted butter in a microwave for a minute or two till just melted. Whisk in the sugar and cocoa powder. Keep aside.
  • In another bowl whisk the eggs and the vanilla until just combined. Blend in the cocoa mixture.
  • Fold in the flour and then the nuts, take care not over mix.
  • Pour into a square cake tin lined with greased foil and bake at 180°C until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out almost clean. Don't over bake.
  • Cool on a wire rack. Lift with the foil edges. Cut into squares and serve.

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 75 grams refined flour
  • 100 grams chopped walnuts
  • 150 grams unsalted butter
  • 100 grams cocoa powder
  • Sugar to taste
  • 2 eggs
