Preparation Method :
- Put the condensed milk, butter, sugar and cocoa powder in a heavy bottomed pan.
- Keep on low heat. Add nuts. Keep Stirring, make sure that the mixture does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Stir for 25 minutes or till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
- Pour into a greased plate and when warm, cut into squares.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 grams butter
- Few drops of vanilla essence
- 150 grams sugar
- 500 ml condensed milk
- 75 grams cashewnuts chopped into small bits
- 100 grams cocoa powder
