Preparation Method :
- Place the dried berries and cherries and brandy or kirsch in a food processor and blend until the fruit is finely chopped.
- Add the cream cheese and blend again. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the chocolate. Fold in the cream thoroughly.
- Use half of the mixture to sandwich the biscuits together in three stacks and then press them together to create a log on a tray covered with baking parchment.
- Use the remaining mixture to cover the log completely, making sure that biscuits are visible. Chill overnight.
- Just before serving, dust with icing sugar and arrange decorations on top.

- 150 grams plain chocolate, melted
- 300 ml double cream, whipped
- 100 grams dried berries and cherries
- 50 ml brandy or kirsch
- 14 - 16 digestive biscuits
- Icing sugar and Christmas decorations, to decorate
