CHOCOLATE CREAM WITH A PRUNE AND BISCUIT SAUCE

Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the oven.
  • Gently heat the milk and cream in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Pour the mixture onto the chocolate chunks and stir to obtain a smooth mixture.
  • Beat the egg yolks and sugar, add the chocolate and beat again.
  • Place the mixture in 4 mini square casseroles. Prepare in a bain-marie with boiling water not quite at the level of the cream.
  • Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until set.
  • Remove the mini square casseroles from the bain-marie and set them aside to cool. Cover and place in the fridge for several hours at least.
  • Grind the prunes and biscuits together.
  • Top each casserole with a tablespoon of prunes and biscuits.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 ml cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 grams dark chocolate chunks
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 50 grams prunes
  • 50 grams ginger biscuits
