Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven.
- Gently heat the milk and cream in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Pour the mixture onto the chocolate chunks and stir to obtain a smooth mixture.
- Beat the egg yolks and sugar, add the chocolate and beat again.
- Place the mixture in 4 mini square casseroles. Prepare in a bain-marie with boiling water not quite at the level of the cream.
- Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until set.
- Remove the mini square casseroles from the bain-marie and set them aside to cool. Cover and place in the fridge for several hours at least.
- Grind the prunes and biscuits together.
- Top each casserole with a tablespoon of prunes and biscuits.

- 50 grams prunes
