CREME BRULEE

Preparation Method :

Rinse and place in the bases of 6 ramekin dishes. Sprinkle the fruit with the Cointreau or orange flower water.

Cream the cheese in a bowl until soft, then gradually beat in the sour cream.

Spoon the cheese mixture over the fruit, smoothing the surface and make sure that the lops are level. Chill in the refrigerator at least for an hour.

Sprinkle the tops with the sugar. Broil the tops until caramelized for few minutes.

Cook under a preheated broiler, turning the dishes until the tops are lightly caramelized all over. Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 grams mixed soft fruits, such as blueberries and pitted fresh cherries
  • 250 grams mascarpone cheese
  • 175 grams sour cream
  • 50 grams dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cointreau or orange flower water
