- In a small glass, crush the sugar and mint together with a little of the whisky.
- When the sugar has dissolved, strain it into a chilled flute with the rest of the whisky and top up with champagne.
- Decorate with the mint sprigs.

- 3 sprigs fresh mint, plus extra to decorate
