JAPANESE BLOODY MARY

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Pass the tomatoes and lemon through a juice extractor.
  • Pour in a cocktail shaker with the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously for a minute. Pour into a glass over ice.
  • Top with some more celery salt and pepper. Serve with a slice of avocado.

INGREDIENTS

  • 7 tomatoes
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • 25 ml vodka
  • 15 ml wasabi
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • Pinch of Nanami togarashi (Japanese spice mixture)
  • Pinch of ground black pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ice cubes to serve
  • Slice of avocado
  • Ground black pepper and pinch celery salt to serve
