- Rub the rims of 9 glasses with the lime, then dip in the salt.
- Place the gelatin in a large heatproof measuring cup.
- Add the hot water and stir until the gelatin has dissolved.
- Allow to cool, then stir in the Cointreau and tequila to make up to 2 cups.
- Divide among the prepared glasses and chill until set.

- 150 grams lime gelatin
- 175 ml hot water
- ½ limes cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoon fine salt
- 75 ml Cointreau
- 175 ml tequila
