Preparation Method :

  • Shake all the ingredients, except the champagne, over ice until really cold.
  • Pour into a flute and top up with champagne.
  • Dress with the slice of pear.

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 ml poire William
  • 1 dash orange curacao
  • Ice
  • Champagne
  • Slice of fresh pear, to decorate
