PINEAPPLE MARTINI

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place all the ingredients except pineapple into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for a minute.
  • Put the pineapple through a juice extractor.
  • Pour through a strainer into a glass and serve with a slice of watermelon.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams pineapple, peeled and chunked
  • 2 tablespoons vodka
  • 1 tablespoon sugar syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vermouth
  • Ice cubes
  • Few fresh mint leaves
  • Slice of watermelon to serve
