- Pass the lychees and grapes through a juice extractor.
- Pour into a cocktail shaker along with the elderflower cordial and gin. Shake vigorously for a minute.
- Pour into a glass over ice and top off with the sparkling wine.
INGREDIENTS
- 225 grams seedless grapes
- 25 ml elderflower cordial
- 75 grams lychees, peeled and stoned
- 15 ml gin
- Ice cubes
- Sparkling wine to serve
