STRAWBERRY SUGAR ROLL

Preparation Method :
- Whisk the egg and butter together. Add the sugar and whisk it again.
- Stir in the flour and blend it well. Transfer it into a greased Swiss roll tin.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes until the sponge is light golden in colour.
- Remove it from the oven and place it on a parchment paper.
- Make the filling by beating the cream, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl until smooth.
- Now add the sliced strawberries and mix it well with rest of the ingredients.
- Spread the filling on the above prepared sponge and roll it on a tray containing sugar, Cut it into pieces and Refrigerate for an hour.
- Mix the whipped cream with the strawberry crush and put in a piping bag.
- While serving, make heart or draw diagonal lines with the whipped cream on top of the each sugar strawberry roll and then serve it .

- 2 eggs
- 50 grams sugar
- 50 grams all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
Filling
- 75 ml double cream
- 25 grams powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 50 grams strawberries (thinly sliced)
Garnishing
- 50 grams sugar
- 3 tablespoon Whipped cream
- 2 teaspoon strawberry crush
