Preparation Method :
- Pour boiling water over the almonds for blanching and drain the water after 1- 2 minutes. Allow it to dry for 5 minutes.
- Now toast the almonds in a preheated oven at 160 oC for 10 -12 minutes or dry roast it in a frying pan until it turns darker in colour and keep it aside.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, stir it frequently.
- Put the entire roasted almond together in the melted chocolate and mix it well.
- Now drop a teaspoon of it on a tray lined with wax paper / parchment paper. Repeat the same for the remaining almonds.
- Serve it in a heart shaped bowl.

- 450 grams dark chocolate bar /chips
- 500 grams almonds
- Boiling water for blanching
