Preparation Method :
- Cream the softened butter and sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy.
- Combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in bowl. Add this to the sugar and butter mixture.
- Genlty fold in the whipped cream and prepare the dough.
- Take a portion of the dough on a floured surface and roll out for about ½ inch thickness.
- Cut the scones using a heart shaped cookie cutter and place them on greased baking tray. Repeat the same with the remaining dough.
- Bake at 190°C for at least 20 minutes. Allow it stand for 10 minutes.
- Spread the raspberry jam on the flat surface of a cookie and top it up with another cookie. Repeat this step until all the cookies had been used.
- Raspberry Heart Scones is ready to be served.

- 100 grams all purpose flour
- 50 grams sugar
- 25 grams raspberry jam
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
