Preparation Method :
- Cream the softened butter,sugar and egg in a bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt one after the other to the egg mixture.
- Now add vanilla essence and milk. Blend it well with the remaining ingredients.
- Pour the batter in greased baking tin of any shape which is available.
- Bake it at 180°C for 15 minutes or until a knife inserted into centre comes out clean.
- Remove it from the oven and cool it.
- Cut heart shape small cakes with a cookie cutter.
- Spread raspberry jam on a small heart shaped cake and cover it with another cake. Repeat the same with other remaining cakes.
- Beat the cream until stiff and then add sugar, blend it well and mix red tulip colour to it .
- Spread this on top of each prepared cake. Place a raspberry at the centre of each of the cake.
- Arrange all the cakes on a tray and then serve it.

- 200 grams self raising flour
- 200 grams confectioner's sugar
- 110 gramsunsalted butter
- 200 ml milk
- 4 eggs
- 6 table spoons raspberry jam
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of baking soda
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Icing/frosting
- 120 ml whipped cream
- 100 grams sugar
- 6-7 raspberries
- Pinch of pink / red tulip colour
