Preparation Method :
- Place the white chocolate in a smaller pot and place it in the hot water ,Stir it constantly.
- Heat at low temperature until the chocolate melts.
- Melt the dark chocolate in the same manner.
- Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the dark and white chocolate simultaneously.
- Use a knife or a fork to swirl white chocolate with dark chocolate to bring out the marble effect.
- Another method to bring the marble effect is by pouring alternate layer of dark and white chocolate.
- Refrigerate for an hour. Remove it from the refrigerator and invert it on flat surface lined with wax paper.
- Cut into heart shape with a cookie cutter, Place them on the gift wrapper. Store in the refrigerator only.
