Preparation Method :
- Break the cookies into small pieces.
- Gently add the 2 teaspoons of chocolate syrup along the side of the serving glass and swirl it well to coat the glass with chocolate syrup.
- Add the broken cookies, milk, ice-cream, cocoa powder and sugar in a blender and blend it with the ice cubes until smooth and transfer it to the serving glass
- Draw any design on the top with the remaining chocolate syrup and then serve it.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 chocolate cookies/chocolate cream crackers
- 200 ml milk
- 200 grams vanilla ice-cream
- 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 10 ice cubes
