- Add light cream, lemon juice, sugar/honey, egg white and Gin to the cocktail shaker and then shake it well with the ice cubes.
- Filter it in a chilled cocktail glass.
- Gently add the carbonated water/soda.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 120 ml Gin
- 4 teaspoons light cream
- 2 teaspoons powdered sugar/honey
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 egg white
- Carbonated Water/soda as per taste
- 2 lemon wedges
- 8 -10 ice cubes
