COFFEE BIZ CHOCO

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix chocolate powder, sugar powder, and ghee and make a thick chocolate paste by adding required water.
  • In one plate take some water and add coffee powder to it.
  • Take one biscuit dip it into coffee water for a 1 second and place it on a clean plate, now apply the chocolate paste on it.
  • Make a pile of biscuits by placing it on one another and sandwiching with chocolate paste.
  • Finally cover the complete pile of biscuit with the chocolate paste.
  • Wrap the complete pile in polythene sheet and place it in freezer for 8-9 hours.
  • Remove the polythene and cut the pile with the knife in slant position.

INGREDIENTS

  • 25 Marie biscuits
  • 150 grams drinking chocolate powder
  • 50 grams Sugar powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ghee
  • 1 tablespoon Coffee powder
  • 250 ml Water
