Preparation Method :
- Put the chocolate, butter, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla/peppermint essence and the salt in a bowl.
- Melt it in a double boiler or microwave it for 1 minute , until the chocolate melts. Stir it occasionally.
- Add the mixed nuts to the melted chocolate and mix it well.
- Now pour the melted chocolate mixture in a greased baking dish/flat pan. Tap it 2 or 3 times to remove any air bubble.
- Refrigerate it for 4 hours and then invert it on flat surface or cutting board .
- Cut the desired shape and size with a knife. Heart shape can be cut with a cookie cutter.
- Wrap it with coloured foil and place them in a box. Store in refrigerator only.

- 500 grams semi sweet dark chocolate bar (cut it into small pieces)
- 400 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 250 grams finally chopped mixed nuts (almond, walnut, raisins, pistachios and peanuts)
- 50 grams unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla/peppermint essence
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- Coloured foil for wrapping
